At Sam Styles Me, we make sure that our valued clients have the best possible experience, from the moment they arrive at our salon to the moment they leave. If you're looking for a hair stylist who specializes in natural hair, you've come to the right place. Our mission is to help you on your natural hair journey, whether you are transitioning or in need of assistance. We offer services ranging from natural styles to protective styles, catering to your specific needs.

Preparing for your service
Please review the email sent 48 hours prior to your appointment for important details. You may also receive a text message reminder.
A shampoo service is included with most appointments. However, services that include added hair (such as knotless braids, stitch braids, crochet braids, and butterfly locs) do not include a wash. A wash and blow-dry may be added at the time of booking.
Clients are required to arrive with their hair fully detangled (brush your hair out). If detangling is needed, a $45 fee will be added to your service.

Deposits/ Reschedule
Deposits & Rescheduling
A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits may be transferred one time only within 14 days of the original appointment date, based on availability. If there is no availability within that timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.
To transfer your deposit, you must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. Clients must contact me directly to request any deposit transfer.
Squeeze-In Appointments
Squeeze-in appointments are available outside of regular business hours or on scheduled off days for an additional fee.
A $100 squeeze-in fee will be added to your service total.
All squeeze-in appointments must be requested and confirmed through direct contact only and are based on availability and approval.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all squeeze-in appointments.
Please note: both the squeeze-in fee and deposit are non-refundable.

We accept the following payment methods:

Debit/Credit Card (with a 3.5% processing fee)

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Arrivals over 20 minutes late will result in cancellation and a 100% service charge.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hours’ notice and same-day cancellations/no-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
No-shows may be restricted from future bookings.
Please contact me directly for any reschedules or cancellations.

Service Changes
Service changes are not allowed at the time of appointment due to time limitations. Any changes must be made prior to your scheduled appointment.
